How to Use  

  1. Bring water to a boil and then let it cool for 30 seconds.
  2. Put the mouthguard in water for 60 seconds.
  3. Put it in your mouth and press down hard with your tongue and fingers to shape it.
  4. Put it in cold water to cool it down and see if it fits. If you need to make changes, reheat. Tip: Always keep your mouth guard in a case that lets air flow through it, and rinse it with cool water after each use.
