Shipping Coverage

We deliver throughout the United States. To confirm service to your specific postcode, please contact our support team before you place your order. All orders with valid shipping addresses will be processed directly through our website. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Processing Time

Standard processing time: Within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
⚠️ During holidays or peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended by 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

To ensure safe and timely deliveries, we work with reputable shipping carriers. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

  • Economy: 5–8 business days
  • Standard: 3–4 business days

The total delivery time is the sum of our order processing time and the estimated shipping time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees for orders are as follows:

  • Economy Shipping: $4.90
  • Standard Shipping: $6.90

Shipping fees are applied at checkout.
Orders of $50 or more (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free shipping.

Currently, all items ship at the same flat rates. There are no additional fees for oversized or bulky items at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can:

  • Visit the carrier’s website and enter the tracking number, or
  • Contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are complete and correct when placing your order. Stellmans Sports cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Guarantee & Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to extreme weather or carrier disruptions.
If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days after shipment, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and if delivery cannot be completed, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
