Returns – Stellmans

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Customized or final-sale items are not returnable.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
We cover the return label cost.

If the item is not damaged:
The buyer is responsible for the return label cost.

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Processed to your original payment method within 3 business days after inspection.
Your bank may take 5–7 business days to fully post the refund.

Report within 10 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

During peak seasons, processing may take 1–3 extra business days.
