Stellmans Sports – Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Personalized, customized, or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Go to our Returns & Exchange Center or contact us at sales@stellmans.com.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping & Fees
- All returns are processed by mail.
- A prepaid return label is always included at no cost, regardless of the reason for return.
- Original outbound shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- There are no restocking fees.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days, though your bank/payment provider may take up to 5–7 business days to complete posting.
Exchanges
- If you request an exchange, Stellmans Sports will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During holidays or peak shopping seasons, return shipping and refund processing times may be extended by 1–3 business days.
