Return & Exchange Policy
At Stellman Sports, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- GI-related items must include the belt.
- Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors (e.g., cigarette smoke, detergent, pet dander).
- Products with missing parts, unless originally shipped incorrectly or defective.
- Items with deodorant marks or any visible signs of usage.
Note: Items returned in a non-eligible condition may incur a 50% restocking fee, or be returned to the customer at their expense.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we are here to help:
- Contact us within 10 days of receiving your item.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns Due to Quality Issues or Personal Preference
- If the item is damaged or there is a genuine quality issue, and the customer wishes to return it, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the product is in perfect condition but the customer wishes to return it simply because they do not like it or changed their mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping label.
International Returns
- For all international returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, regardless of the reason.
- If a product is held at customs and the customer fails to pay duties or clear the shipment, Stellman Sports is not responsible. This is the customer’s responsibility.
Missing Parts
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 10 days if any parts are missing. We will ship the missing parts promptly.
Note: Additional claims for missing parts after the first report may incur additional shipping charges.
Return Shipping Costs
- For standard exchanges (where there’s no defect or error), the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse in Groveland, USA.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Returns & Exchange Center.
- Refunds are issued for the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees unless the return is due to a shipping mistake or product defect.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed. Further exchanges or returns will not be processed.
