Warranty Policy – Stellmans Sports

At Stellmans Sports, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and conditions.

What’s Covered:

If you receive a product that you believe has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team. We’ll assess the issue and, if it qualifies under warranty, we’ll offer a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost.

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not apply to products that have been:

  • Misused, mishandled, or damaged through improper care
  • Subjected to extreme conditions or unapproved modifications
  • Damaged due to accidental impact, wear and tear, or negligence

Shipping Damage:

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Report it immediately to the delivery agent and ensure the damage is documented at the time of delivery.
  • Retain all original packaging – it’s required for any shipping damage claims.
  • File a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS).
  • Notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with the process.
